Ships
Micro Sensor offers professional monitoring equipment for ship pressure, level and flow measurement, helping to accurately monitor ballast water tanks and ship draught to protect the safe operation of ships.
Micro Sensor offers various sensing and measuring products, services, and solutions for types of ships.
Ballast tank level monitoring achieves precise control of the ballast water system by using equipment such as electromagnetic flowmeters, level transmitters, and pressure transmitters to monitor data on inflow, tank liquid level, and pressure.
Pressure transmitters, level transmitters, and mass flow meters are installed in fuel tanks to provide real-time monitoring of fuel levels and pressure. Users can track current location and fuel consumption, access historical vessel data, calculate voyage distance and total fuel usage, and analyze operational efficiency.
Pressure transmitters, temperature tranmitters and electromagnetic flowmeters are installed in the marine water circulation cooling system to ensure the heat exchange efficiency of the central cooler. By optimizing seawater flow control, energy saving effects are maximized and stable operation of the cooling system is ensured.
To ensure the fuel supply of the main engine, the separated heavy oil is first pumped to the settling tank, where the oil is heated and separated in the heating coil, and then purified by the oil separator before entering the daily tank through high-level overflow. The daily tank is directly connected to the main engine, boiler or other equipment, and the oil can be heated and used at any time.
