Hydraulic pressure sensors and transmitters are widely used in many hydraulic systems and the aerial work plat is a very typical type of hydraulic system application. MicroSensor offers the MPM4511 and MPM4503 pressure transmitters, specialized for hydraulic pressure measurement. The hydraulic pressure sensors and transmitters are designed with high sensitivity, small size, and good stability. MPM4511 performs high-temperature resistance and good shock resistance with a wide working temperature range. Besides, we offer MPM4511A which could output two path signals 4mA~20mA & 20mA~4mA / 0.5~4.5V & 4.5~0.5V DC which has higher safety level.
The hydraulic control system is based on the power supply of the motor, uses the hydraulic pump to convert the mechanical energy into pressure, pushes the hydraulic oil, and then changes the flow direction of the hydraulic oil by controlling various valves, thereby pushing the hydraulic cylinder to complete the different action requirements of various equipment.
The hydraulic pressure sensors and pressure transmitters are designed for the Hydraulic system pressure measurement. They can be used to provide real-time values for hydraulic process variables.
