1. Problem Introduction
Urban Thermo stations are scattered around all over the city. The admin department needs to monitor the parameters like temperature, pressure, flow, level, etc. in real-time and control the linkage operation of equipment in thermo stations. Meanwhile, in order to keep stable operation every day in winter, managers have to make adjustments according to the parameters they monitored each station. The condition is that our operation management I s under manual operation which causes problems like less comprehensive parameter measurements, operation under imperfect thermo parameters, and so on.
Based on that, the Micro Sensor explores a set of urban thermo monitor systems to solve the problem. By measuring, control and transmission of the temperature, pressure, flow, and switches, this system can remotely measure, sense, control and adjust the thermo process effectively. It helps to know the operation in real-time and comprehensively, monitors the differential pressure of the adverse condition spot. The whole system can ensure the urban thermo system runs safe and reasonably and adjust automatically due to the data and offer accurate effective and key data for the thermal department.
2. System Introduction and Work Flow
Our central heating supply system includes three parts: thermopower, thermo network, thermo customers. The thermo power creates steam or hot water and offers all urban customers with industrial and livelihood thermo. The thermo exchange station is the connection of thermo network and thermo customers, the "thermo exchange station” between the thermo power and thermo customers. The efficient operation of the exchange station plays a role in improving the strength and quality of thermo supply.
Thermo exchange station consists of primary net return water system, second net return water system, supply water system and thermo measurement system and all parts affect each other. Water in thermopower connects to thermo exchange station with the primary supply water pipes and circulates back to thermopower by the primary net return pipes. After thermo exchange in the exchange station, water in the second net is offered to customers through the pipes and return through the second net return network and offer thermo to customers circularly.
3. The system topological graph
The thermo exchange station monitors the temperature, pressure, flowmeter thermo parameters. The whole system includes local sense, data process, net transmission and systematic application.
Local sense includes gauges like site equipment, temperature transmitter, pressure transmitter, flow meter, water pump/valve control, monitoring parameters in real-time.
4. Monitoring terminal of Thermo Exchange Station
This terminal includes data collection, local control, display, and remote communication. It is set by the website and can connect many pressure sensors, pressure transmitters as well as controllers.
We use it to collect both the primary and second net monitor data, communicate with the monitor center, and company control center through different ports.
5. Monitor Platform
Micro Sensor has developed our independent management platform for the urban thermo supply monitoring system, both PC and mobile versions are available. This platform can be used for real-time monitoring, history check, trace analysis, and display visibly.
