Micro Sensor held 5-day staff training successfully from July 6 to July 10 on Products, Sales and Manners for our staff, in order to improve the skills and manners, so that we can serve our customers better and better.
Totally, two parts of the training were held:
1. Knowledge about Micro Sensor new products from July 6 to July 8. Professional technicians from our R&D team were teachers. They demonstrated the details about the new products precisely and clearly which helped our staff to easily understand and master.
2. Skills and manners about sales from July 9 to July 10. We invited a famous teacher, Mrs. Chen, this part. She showed us both how to sell and what manners we should pay attention to during the selling systematically and comprehensively.
This whole staff training was interesting and with rich content. All participants learned a lot on new products and sales manners
