Ballast tank level measurement

The ballast tanks are widely distributed in the ship. Pumps are used to absorb or discharge the water in the tanks to keep the ship normal ballast and trim. Inject water when too much cargo is unloaded on one side of the ship to avoid the dangerous situation of losing ballast on one side of the ship and tilting. In response to the above requirements, Micro Sensor provides an MPM4700 liquid level transmitter and an MPM480 pressure transmitter to accurately measure the liquid level of the side ballast water tank and the double bottom ballast water tank to ensure the safety of ship operation.

Micro Sensor MPM4700 Intelligent Liquid Level Transmitter is a marine ship-use product with a range of 0m~3.5m...200mH2O, which meets the measurement range of ballast tanks. The level transmitter adopts digital temperature compensation and non-linear correction technology to reduce interference and make the measurement more accurate. The cable with vent tube is sealed to the housing, can be used in liquid for a long time. With RS485 (manufacturer's protocol) or HART protocol available, the level transmitter is more convenient to use.

The MPM480 pressure transmitter is also used as a marine product. With a wide range of -100kPa…0kPa~10kPa…100MPa, anti-corrosion pressure ports, IP65 protection, it can be used for long-term monitoring in sea water environment. The pressure transmitter has various output signals, it is adjustable on site with display to show the measurement more directly, and has reliable and stable performance.

Ship Draft measurement

When designing a ship, the ship's draft is an important part of the safety of the ship's operation. It is used to reflect the buoyancy (or the weight of the hull and cargo) of the ship during the course of travel. It needs to perform stability calculations and structural calculations separately. The former guarantees stability and safety during ship operation and the latter guarantees structural safety during ship operation.

Micro Sensor MPM4730 intelligent pressure transmitter with flange is a marine product with small size, high precision, lightweight and wide range. It is very convenient to install on the pipeline valve when using it. The level transmitter adopts digital compensation and non-linear correction.
