Alcohol is loaded and shipped daily from an alcohol plant we ever served. Each crane is equipped with a set of quantitative loading instrument, Coriolis mass flow meter, control valve, electrostatic protector and other instruments. One crane is matched with one truck. The loading instrument communicates with PLC by industrial Ethernet to achieve high-speed and stable data transmission. With the usage of high-precision mass flow meter, the settlement of transactions is ensured accurately.
The instrument is operated 24 hours a day at the peak time which requires high long-term stability and durability of the instrument. In addition, the outdoor temperature in winter will be below-30 °C, which puts higher requirements on the adaptability of the working environment of the product.

1. Considering the particularity of the medium of high-concentration alcohol, we choose the SS316L material Coriolis mass flow meter.
2. Quantitative loading and customer benefit are linked, so the accuracy is calibrated within 0.1%;
3. Because of extreme low temperature in winter, low temperature display are adopted to ensure that the meter can display normally below -30 °C outdoor temperature.
4. Alcohol is a flammable and volatile liquid. The products and components are strictly in accordance with national explosion-proof standards;
5. 72-hour uninterrupted flow test is executed for calibration process of flow meter.
